Why do I need a valid credit card to book a lesson?
In order to reserve your lesson spot, a valid credit card is required upon booking. We do this so that the risk of no-show and cancelled appointments is lessoned. This allows us to provide our services with the consistency and security needed to run our facility smoothly.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the beginning or end of your scheduled lesson time slot. This remains true for no-show and cancelled appointments that were not addressed before the 24-hour cancellation window.
How can I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel/reschedule using the appointment confirmation link sent after you scheduled. You can also send me text or email, as long as it is time-stamped before the 24-hour cancellation window.
